A leading engineering firm in Cresco, Iowa is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer. This role focuses on implementing lean principles to improve product flow and reduce bottlenecks. The successful candidate will lead industrial engineering teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and develop manufacturing processes. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5 years of industrial engineering experience, including 3 years in management, are required.
