We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join the Manufacturing Support team at our Bellevue facility. The primary responsibility is to support lean manufacture of avionics electronics equipment.

What

You Will Do
  • Add and maintain automated equipment
  • Provide industrial engineering support to production build and testing of avionics electronics equipment
  • Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and projects using the CORE methodology
  • Identify drivers of cost and propose alternative solutions for cost reductions
  • Perform cost analysis and trade‑offs
  • Estimate costs and participate in preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Apply moderate to advanced engineering‑economics principles and techniques, analyze and understand manufacturing cost impacts
  • Diagnose problems and recommend alternative solutions
  • Apply knowledge of principles and techniques commonly used in electronics manufacturing
  • Communicate with a wide variety of technical and management personnel
  • Coordinate several projects while balancing priorities and schedules
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience (unless prohibited by local laws/regulations)
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Background in automation
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering and factory transition activities
  • Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of manufacturing cost optimization and trade‑off analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with cost estimation and forecasting methods
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
  • Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and management teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and meeting schedules

Salary Range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD. Salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. The compensation package may include variable incentives based on performance, role, and other factors as described in the full offer.
