TTS’ Industrial Services Group has a need for an experienced ES&H Representative to support a large-scale industrial construction project in northern Nevada.
This is a long-term opportunity supporting a major energy and infrastructure development project with a nationally recognized EPCM organization. The role is ideal for safety professionals with heavy industrial, mining, energy, or large construction project experience who thrive in fast-paced field environments.

The ES&H Representative will provide technical oversight and field support related to Environmental, Safety & Health compliance activities across active construction operations. This role will work closely with project management, contractors, and field personnel to ensure compliance with project safety standards, regulatory requirements, and site-specific procedures.
Daily responsibilities include conducting field inspections, supporting incident investigations, monitoring PPE compliance, participating in audits, and assisting with implementation of site ES&H initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support implementation and maintenance of project ES&H programs and procedures
- Conduct field inspections and daily site safety surveillance
- Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA standards and project requirements
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis activities
- Maintain ES&H databases, corrective actions, and audit documentation
Lead or assist with project safety orientations and training initiatives - Perform ES&H assessments and inspections during active construction activities
- Assist with emergency preparedness and continuous improvement efforts
- Interface with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontract teams regarding ES&H requirements
- Support closure of corrective actions identified during audits and assessments
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field preferred
- 5–8 years of related ES&H experience with degree OR 9–12 years of equivalent field experience
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1926 and OSHA 1910 standards
- Experience supporting heavy industrial, mining, energy, or large construction projects
- Ability to conduct investigations and perform root cause analysis
- Experience leading contractor orientations and field audits
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working within large EPCM or multi-contractor project environments preferred
