Project ManagerPosition:
Full Time – Quatro Program Management

Essential Functions:

- Coordinates with programs, engineering, supply chain, and other key functions to ensure that project priorities and work are well understood and are actively managed to support commitments.
- Identifies the critical path for each project and escalates risks, constraints, and blockers related to equipment, people, material, facilities, etc. to ensure on‑time delivery of project deliverables.
- Builds and maintains schedules, tools, analytics, and status reports to highlight project performance and support planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and project closure activities.
- Works with Program Management to plan and accurately capture and control project costs using Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Actively participates in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to further promote visibility of project performance, constraints, risks, and impacts.
- Participates in the preparation of bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other program processes as required.
- Must possess a high‑attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate concisely; able to boil down and summarize key ideas and requests.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and effective working relationships with a project team.
- Working knowledge of composites, composite manufacturing, project management, build‑to‑print manufacturing, project scheduling, or the ability and willingness to learn these areas.
- Working knowledge of MS Project, Smart Sheet, or other Project Management/Swimlane tools.
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S., B.A.) in Business, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Management, or similar from a four‑year college or university; or four (4) years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer SkillsVery proficient with Microsoft Office products, document control systems, and databases.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration.
The employee is occasionally exposed to precarious places and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, requiring hearing protection in certain areas.
PPE is provided by SEKISUI Aerospace based on the employee’s position and exposure.
ScheduleDay Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, additional overtime hours as needed.
