To strengthen our team in the Environmental Restoration department at one of our locations, we are looking for you as a (Senior) Project Manager (w/m/d) for Decommissioning and Contaminant Remediation.

The position is located in our global business area Resilience. We aim to protect our natural environment and our water resources and to keep our world alive for future generations. As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will be responsible for projects within the environmental division for the areas of decommissioning and contaminant remediation. Your tasks include:

• Independent project management with team support
• Investigation and assessment of contaminants in buildings and structures
• Planning, tendering, and implementation of contaminant remediation as well as decommissioning and land recycling measures
• Support of clients from the private sector, industry, and public sector - from the first client contact to the completion of projects

• A degree in civil engineering, environmental protection technology, geoecology, geology, or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in comprehensive project management with a focus on decommissioning/contaminant remediation and an affinity for business and/or project management
• Experience in the investigation and remediation of industrial sites and buildings
• Knowledge of the electronic waste management system (eANV)
• Goal-oriented and independent work, team skills, and strong communication abilities
• Confident demeanor towards clients, authorities, and construction companies
• Very good German and good English language skills
• As a Senior Project Manager:
  You know the local market and have good contacts with the industry, associations, and authorities
