INEO NUCLEAIRE, part of EQUANS France, brings together more than 1100 specialized people in projects, works and maintenance of electrical installations in the nuclear sector.

Our NORD Activity is specialized in electrical installations of strong and weak currents for our nuclear clients.

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the profitability of the obtained deal, the contractual commitments (technical and deadlines), the budget, the client satisfaction and the security/quality.

In this role, you are a member of the management committee of the NORD agency.

Your missions?

• Participation in the management committee of the NORD agency
• Define the organization and manage project teams (mobilization of adequate resources in respect of contractual and legal obligations)
• Ensure the proper application of HSE rules
• Ensure the technical coordination of the project (exchange of information, decision-making power, access to hierarchy) by making the main technical choices to ensure the best management of the modification requests issued by the client
• Ensure the risk management and the contractual follow-up of the project (follow-up of the contract, of the modifications, proposal and negotiation of amendments) to guarantee the contractual compliance of the engagements
• Costing and negotiation of projects

Graduated from a Bac+5 in industrial engineering, you have at least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager position in energy and large projects.

You have a very good knowledge of industrial projects, in particular in the field of naval defense industry and nuclear energy. Solid experience in project management is necessary for this position.

Mastery of operational excellence will be appreciated.

Your sharp negotiation skills as well as your qualities of team animation and federation are assets that we are looking for for this position.

Autonomous, rigorous, proactive and reactive, you have the experience and the ability to supervise, accompany and motivate a project team on technical achievements. You have strong abilities to defend your positions and to convince as well as relational skills and the sense of client satisfaction will be necessary for this position.
