Graduate Expert Program:
Your chance to realize your talent and shape your future. Our Saica Graduate Expert Program is a two years program which has been designed to grow in making an impact of the world while developing professionally and personally.

Successful candidates will be provided with a structured learning curriculum developed to strengthen skills and competencies to become an Expert in their function and a results-driven leader. This includes "on the job experiences", extended leadership contact, formal training and professional development.

Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a Graduate Expert Mechanical Engineer

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:

• Be in charge of defining and monitoring all maintenance activities for the mechanical equipment under his/her responsibility: corrective, preventive & predictive, shutdown planning, creation of work instructions, verification of spare parts.
• To develop activities and proposals for continuous improvement in facilities and work methods that ensure and improve the efficiency and availability of plant mechanical equipment.
• Lead the detailed analysis of breakdowns and recurring mechanical problems in the plant. All the activities must be carried out in compliance with plant HS&E standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide a high level of technical support to the plant in at least the following mechanical systems:
• Rotating equipment associated with the paper production process:
  Rollers, Centrifugal pumps, Reducers, Couplings…
• Analysis of vibrations, alignment and lubrication in rotating equipment.
• Pneumatic and oil hydraulic installations. Crane bridges.
• PCI systems

It will be valued:

• Eminently practical attitude towards mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of specific machinery for the paper process
• Basic knowledge in the use of a CMMS system for maintenance management. (IBM Maximo or similar)
• Experience in LEAN methodologies.
• Effective communication

Minimum requirements

Academic

Qualification:

- Just graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Marine Engineering or similar.

Experience:

maximum of two years working experience since the graduation.

International experiences (Erasmus,...) is a plus.

High written and spoken English (B2)
