Job Posting

A2A is an independent and family-owned company. A2A in partnership with its study office: the Technirem Elevator Study Bureau

Technirem is a French company specialized in the design and manufacture of custom lifting solutions.

Job Description

In the context of the development of our elevator business, we are looking for a Technical Study Technician to take charge of the technical adaptation of our ELIFT elevator to the specific needs of each site.

Each case is different: available dimensions, number of levels, access positions, building integration, finishes, and particular client constraints.

Your Role

Within our mechanical study office, you transform commercial information and site surveys into a complete technical file, usable by the production, procurement, and assembly teams.

The position is mainly focused on design, technical follow-up of cases, and configuration of an existing product. Specific studies may be necessary when the project goes beyond the usual scope.

Your Main Missions

  • Create the implementation, configuration, and reservation plans.
  • Adapt the ELIFT elevator to each case: dimensions, levels, accesses, equipment, and finishes.
  • Update the plans following site surveys, client exchanges, or project developments.
  • Create and verify the necessary manufacturing inventories.
  • Compile the technical files and ensure the launch into production.
  • Identify the procurement needs related to the cases and contribute to the follow-up of orders.
  • Ensure the update, classification, and archiving of technical documents.
  • Exchange with commercial teams, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and after-sales service.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of products, plans, and work methods.
Profile Sought

Profile Sought

You have a technical or industrial training in the field of mechanics or product design: BTS, BUT, professional license, or equivalent training.

First experience in Technical Study, methods, or industrial case follow-up is desirable.

Knowledge of the elevator world, its components, its technical vocabulary, and applicable standards is a real asset.

Experience in a close environment—metallurgy, sheet metal, boilermaking, special machinery, or configurable products—will also be appreciated.

Expected skills:

  • Good mastery of industrial drawing and reading plans.
  • Ability to quickly understand the logic of a configurable product.
  • Knowledge of mechanics and manufacturing processes.
  • Mastery of a CAD software, ideally Solid Works or Top Solid.
  • Good use of Excel and office tools.
  • Rigorousness in the management of inventories and technical documents.
  • Knowledge of Excel macros or VBA is appreciated.
