Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

You will join our dynamic, cross‑functional Design & Engineering team, committed to creating best‑in‑class new products for our customers.

We work in an agile way that balances innovation with the rigorous documentation and disciplined development processes required in highly regulated industries.

In this role, you will be actively involved throughout the entire product life cycle from early concept development to final solution delivery, working hands‑on to turn ideas into robust, high‑quality products.

As part of a global organization, we collaborate closely with other engineering teams and are supported by strong governance and compliance frameworks, creating valuable opportunities to learn from specialists across the group.

• Transform concepts into functional, real‑world solutions that meet both design and production requirements
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, sharing technical expertise and ensuring clear communication
• Support sales teams by providing technical insight and ensuring solutions align with customer needs
• Manage design tasks from concept through to production, ensuring feasibility and high quality
• Provide technical input to production, innovation initiatives, and customer‑related projects
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and internal guidelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within design and engineering processes
• Maintain documentation and technical drawings in accordance with company standards
• Support problem‑solving activities and contribute to innovative solutions
• Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a clear overview across multiple projects

• Solid experience working with CAD software
• Experience in mechanical design and developing innovative technical solutions
• Good understanding of production processes and technical drafting
• Ability to maintain a clear overview and prioritize tasks effectively
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to support colleagues
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for own work
• Clear and concise communication skills, especially when engaging with stakeholders
• Ability to understand the bigger picture and adapt communication accordingly
• Positive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented approach to both technical and interpersonal challenges
