- Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack/Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE.
- Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in‑process quality checks.
- Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem‑solving using quality tools.
- Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees.
- 5 + years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack/Module assembly processes.
- BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $90,000.00 - $ plus 15% bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
