Product Engineer - Sizers

As a Production Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the manufacture, improvement, and lifecycle performance of our products. Working closely with engineering, production, and product support teams, you’ll help deliver high‑quality mechanical solutions while driving continuous improvement and supporting customers around the world.

• Provide mechanical engineering support for the manufacture and delivery of mining equipment.
• Review and verify engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Ensure engineering work is delivered safely, on time, to specification, and within budget.
• Support product standardisation, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with product development, design enhancements, and technical problem solving.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve efficiency.
• Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), inspections, and quality assurance activities.
• Manage engineering changes, ensuring drawings and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
• Participate in root cause investigations, non‑conformance reporting, and corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to customers, field service teams, and regional offices, including occasional site visits.
• Contribute to maintaining engineering standards, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Early career engineering experience in manufacturing, mining, heavy industry, or capital equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering calculations.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• A practical, hands‑on approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, production, quality, and customer support teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering quality outcomes.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and regional offices.
