These opportunities are well suited to engineers with strong technical expertise, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to operate effectively within regulated, quality-driven environments.

This role is designed to encapsulate multiple engineering disciplines and may suit professionals with backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Process, Manufacturing, Automation, or Project Engineering, across sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, logistics, and advanced technology.

Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept, design, and development through to implementation and commissioning

Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex technical and operational challenges

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, operations, quality, and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with German regulations, DIN standards, and European norms

Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and production performance

Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior engineers and technical staff

Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities

Liaise with suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities as required
