- Create and maintain detailed work instructions and process documentation
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards
- Design and implement production tooling and fixtures
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement projects
- Optimize production flow, workstation layout, and material handling
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience
- Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software and process documentation
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel
- U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency, protected individual status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. government authorizations
Demonstrates expertise in manufacturing process optimization, including the application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Proficient in creating detailed work instructions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product manufacturability and quality.
