What you will be doing:

As an SPP Event Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless booth operations and exceptional attendee experiences at multiple events. You’ll assist with booth setup, teardown, and daily operations, ensuring everything is organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked. You’ll engage with visitors, process sales transactions, and manage event inventory, reinforcing our brand’s presence and maximizing sales opportunities.

This hands‑on position requires strong customer service skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. You will also support event logistics, travel between locations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance the attendee experience.

What You Bring to the Table:

We’re seeking candidates with strong customer service orientation, high energy, and the ability to create positive attendee interactions. Initiative, reliability, and organizational skills are essential, along with professional communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility regarding travel, schedules, and event requirements is highly valued.

What’s needed:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service, retail, or event support experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50–75%, including nights and weekends as events require.
  • Proficiency with basic technology such as tablets, POS systems, email, and mobile apps.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with sales reporting or inventory management tools.
  • Experience working in trade shows, pop‑up retail, conference booths, or similar environments.
