Description
Summary: Cage Cashiers are responsible for cash handling in the cage, and must be able to adhere to and follow Nevada State Gaming Control and in-house casino policies and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesEducation/
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Previous cashier experience in a casino environment preferred
Language AbilityMust be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English language
Math AbilityExcellent math skills; ability to calculate money accurately
Certificates and LicensesGaming Registration Card
Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods of time
Reaching, bending, stretching, lifting up to 50lbs
Ability to work in a noisy, smoky casino environment
Ability to work in a small, confined, office-type setting
Knowledge/SkillsExcellent organizational abilities
Ability to handle cash, calculate accurately, analyze, and account for cash and coin
Excellent Customer Service skills
