Cashier - Cage - PT

Role Overview

The Cage Cashier is responsible for accurately and promptly handling money transfers for guests and providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

• Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
• Accountable for an assigned cashier bank during their shift and must balance at the end of their shift.
• Execute monetary transactions for guests.
• Maintain money handling accuracy.
• Accurately complete necessary paperwork associated with the position.
• Comply with all IRGC rules and regulations, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Assist guests with player's club accounts.
• Be friendly and courteous at all times.
• Apply customer service standards as directed.
• Successfully complete any assignable work requested by the Shift Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
• Professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Must obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission License.
