The RoleThe Dealer is responsible for maintaining control of the assigned table game at all times, ensuring quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers.
Responsibilities- Deal assigned table games accurately and in a professional manner according to company policies, procedures and in compliance with gaming regulations.
- Maintain control of the assigned table game at all times.
- Ensure quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers.
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
- High School Diploma/GED, required
- Must have excellent mathematical skills
- Must be at least 18 Years of age.
- Successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience.
- Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Racing and Gaming Class C License
