La tua opportunità

The candidate will be inserted in the Customer Service team and will have a support role in the back office activities for B2B and Retail channels. They will work in close collaboration with the internal team and with the different company functions involved in the specific activities, ensuring operational accuracy, timeliness and customer orientation. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, they will contribute every day to the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of the service.

Come contribuirai

• You will manage orders, entering new customer orders and generating related order confirmations.
• You will provide support in pre-sales commercial activities, managing samples, gifts and preview, from data entry to the preparation and organization, together with the assigned colleagues, of the shipment.
• You will take care of customer and sales support, creating mailing lists and sending commercial and marketing materials (such as visual guidelines, price lists and dedicated documents) and preparing files and databases based on specific customer requests.
• Together with the rest of the team, you will manage complaints, verifying the received reports and inserting replacement orders and following the return practices.

Chi sei

• You have previous experience in this role or similar contexts.
• You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel and Outlook.
• You work with precision, organization and attention to detail.
• You like to collaborate and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from all company functions.
• You know Italian and English; knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
• You are registered on the targeted placement lists.
