We are looking for support for our sales infotheque at our location in Porz to fill positions on Saturdays and, if necessary, on another day of the week, within a part-time (minijob) employment. Your tasks include:

• Actively and professionally addressing, welcoming, and directing customers to the relevant areas
• Handing over vehicle offers, unlocking and showing vehicles, and qualified forwarding of customer requests to the sales team
• Qualified answering of general inquiries
• Accepting, answering, or forwarding incoming phone calls
• Supervising customer hospitality (self-service)
• General support activities for the used car sales

To be best qualified for the position, you possess:

• Secure and confident demeanor in dealing with customers
• Engagement and team capability
• Very good communication skills – also on the phone
• You are at least 18 years old and have not been employed within the Mercedes-Benz Group in the last three years

The position is part-time (minijob) and initially limited until 30.04.2027.
