Casino, Gaming Manager, Customer Service Rep
The Role:
The Dealer is responsible for maintaining control of the assigned table game at all times, ensuring quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers.
Responsibilities:- Deal assigned table games accurately and in a professional manner according to company policies, procedures and in compliance with gaming regulations.
- Maintain control of the assigned table game at all times.
- Ensure quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers.
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
- High School Diploma/GED, required
- Excellent mathematical skills
- At least 18 years of age
- Successfully completed dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Racing and Gaming Class C License
