Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a customer service-focused team member for the players club to enroll new members and service existing ones. You will assist guests with accounts, point redemptions, promotion entries, and inquiries to ensure a positive gaming experience.
Knowledge of the computerized player tracking system is essential. Enroll guests, issue membership cards, and update accounts with proper supporting events and promotional activities per policy.
