What We Need You For

• As a Social Media Manager, you will drive the EFA’s social media presence and community engagement, especially during game days. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and growing EFA’s social media channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.)
• Creating engaging social media posts, captions, and story formats
• Community management (responding to comments, DMs, fan interaction)
• Cutting and publishing highlight clips quickly on game days
• Live coverage and real-time content support during games
• Coordinating closely with media teams and franchise representatives
• Monitoring trends and identifying growth opportunities
• Supporting paid social campaigns when required

• Experience managing social media accounts
• Ability to edit short-form video content quickly
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to design engaging digital and social media graphics
• High responsiveness and ability to work under time pressure, especially on game days
• Creativity and strong understanding of social media trends
• Team spirit and proactive mindset
• Availability on selected game days, including weekends
