Job Title
Assists the Shift Supervisor with supervising and oversight of all monetary transactions and paperwork pertaining to these transactions during an assigned shift.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will have the authority to; make decisions necessary for carrying out the above listed job duties, make recommendations, or as directed to; hire, terminate, promote, demote, transfer, provide training opportunities, approve wage increases, evaluate performance, create and adjust performance standards, create and/or delegate staff scheduling and invoke disciplinary action within approved guidelines. This position may have other supervisory authority assigned as necessary through management.
This position directly supervises, during the absence of or as directed by the Shift Supervisor, the Main Bank Cashier, Employee Window Cashier and Cage Cashier during an assigned shift. This position has signatory authority for daily cage balance sheets, payroll, soft count summary sheets, shift balance reports, inventory count sheets, forms required by Title 31, safekeeping receipts, cash paid in forms, cash paid out forms, cage personnel documentation, cage buy forms, key control logs, table fills/credits, and slot jackpots.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
May be exposed to loud and continual noise levels and a smoke filled environment. Lifting up to 25 pounds may be required. Requires significant periods of standing, reaching, grasping and bending with periods of speaking and listening. Requires attention to detail and alertness during an entire shift. Must be confidential.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Knowledge/Education/Work Experiences :
Requires high school diploma or GED. Requires an Associates degree in a relevant field of study, or two (2) years of Main Bank and Employee Window Cage operation experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be knowledgeable with Currency Transaction Reporting (Title 31) regulations. Must be able to obtain a gaming license in accordance to the regulations established by the Sac & Fox Gaming Commission.
Skills/Abilities :
Must be able to work directly and interact with the general public. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must be able to read, understand and interpret Currency Transaction Reporting (Title 31) regulations. Must have good interpersonal skills and possess tact when dealing with guest or employee issues. Must be able to handle busy and stressful situations. Must be flexible with work shifts and days off.
Must be able to meet all internal supervisory or higher, training and education requirements.
