Maintain the current database of customers by delivering exceptional guest service to foster relationships, increase trip frequency, and loyalty.;
Engage in telemarketing, written correspondence, direct contact, and participation in off- and off-site events to retain guests.;
Be available to guests on the casino floor to generate new member sign-ups, increase rated play, and address guest needs and requests.;
Recruit players through direct sales activities such as direct mail, telemarketing referrals, guest visits, and events.;
Develop a base of players and ensure they receive personal attention and quality service in line with marketing strategies.
