Premium auditor, Risk Manager​/Analyst

• Schedule and complete premium audits with policyholder contacts, either in-person or virtually
• Prepare detailed reports of audit findings to assist underwriting with risk assessment
• Serve as a technical resource to internal and external stakeholders
• Consult with agents and policyholders regarding the audit process and record-keeping procedures
• Review and resolve audit disputes, communicating resolutions among relevant stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, insurance, or a related business field or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong math and accounting aptitude with attention to detail
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance industry and applicable Workers’ Compensation regulations preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively under minimal supervision

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards
