Loan Production Specialist

Home State Bank currently has an opening for a experienced Loan Production Specialist. The primary responsibilities of this position include possessing the credit knowledge and skill set to accurately construct the required documentation to close all types of commercial, ag and consumer loans and have ability to build safe and sound credit files. The candidate needs to work closely with Business Bankers to grow relationships with customers, collecting and reducing any technical exceptions in the credit file and be proficient in generating loan documentation utilizing Laser Pro software with various related loan tasks.

The ideal candidate will need to possess good organizational, fundamental math and computer skills with an analytical perspective in problem solving.
