Job Description:
This role provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to help clients reach their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products.
- Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money-managed solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or Series 63 or 65 in lieu of 66 with a requirement to pass the missing series within 60 days).
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Demonstrates ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, collaborate effectively, communicate confidently, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Thoroughly incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients.
- Obtains and maintains SAFE Act registration, completing required background checks.
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Obtained insurance licenses.

Position is open across the entire market; the specific financial center location will be based on business needs. Upon selection, training will be conducted at a financial center, followed by an initial phone-based period until a suitable nearby location is assigned.
Residential Mortgage Loan ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans and required to register under the SAFE Act, maintain registration, and pass required background checks.
Schedule and CompensationWeekly
Schedule:
Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours Per Week: 40.
Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
