Overview: Manpower Las Vegas seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to join our client's finance team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth.

This is a hybrid role - some days working remotely and in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare management accounts and financial statements.
• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
• Implement and monitor internal controls and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the finance team and support payroll and sales reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and assist with audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Qualified or part-qualified accounting certification.
• 4+ years in finance/accounting, preferably in hospitality.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
