IB Coverage Analyst II

• Support senior bankers with day‑to‑day transaction due diligence and execution.
• Develop fully dynamic 3‑statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses.
• Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations.
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Conduct in‑depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities.
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings.
• Mentor and train analysts.
