Responsibilities- Support senior bankers with day‑to‑day transaction due diligence and execution.
- Develop fully dynamic 3‑statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses.
- Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations.
- Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners.
- Conduct in‑depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities.
- Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings.
- Mentor and train analysts.
