• Support monthly and quarterly reporting and prepare relevant financial data.
• Perform business analyses and contribute to forecasting activities.
• Maintain and further develop KPI reports and create dashboards.
• Analyze performance metrics and conduct variance analyses.
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Act as a contact for controlling-related topics in collaboration with the senior team.
• Support cost center reporting, project calculations, and revenue/margin analyses.

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or similar.
• Initial practical experience in controlling or a finance-related role.
• Basic knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel); exposure to ERP and ideally BI tools.
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking abilities.
• Structured, reliable, and proactive working style.
• Team-oriented with clear communication; fluent in German and English.
