Description of the position:
Promotion and sale of MAPFRE financial products and insurance products of savings, risk, health, etc. for individual clients, self-employed, SMEs and other groups, as well as the commercialization of any type of external investment fund and similar. It is about capturing and consolidating a portfolio of clients through advice and resolution of related issues, thus ensuring the satisfaction of current and future clients.

Functions:
Develop commercial actions for the capture, sale of MAPFRE products and services to new clients and the resolution of any questions they require, in order to guarantee the satisfaction of current and future clients. Prepare the corresponding reports, technical and formal documentation and studies that result from their activity, in order to facilitate the follow-up of results, and the decision-making to take possible corrective measures.

Analyze commercial information through the available tools to adequately perform their daily work and the possible deviations, putting in place measures that facilitate the achievement of objectives and budgets assigned. Plan your commercial activity, following up on customers with the aim of meeting the assigned budgets. Advise clients on company products and services, attending to their queries and requests, in order to achieve sales, loyalty and portfolio maintenance objectives.

Report to your Manager the information obtained from customers about products, market and needs for appropriate decision-making in business matters. Maintain an updated, specific and/or specialized knowledge of the procedures, regulations, technical criteria..., in its area of action through participation in training sessions and company communications for its updating. Carry out the action plans established for the continuous improvement of processes, maximizing results and achieving excellence in customer service.

Requirements:
University degree, especially in ADE, Economic and Business Sciences or Law and/or Dual FP. It is desirable to have the Certification of financial advice. (recognized by CNMV according to MIFID II criteria) B1/B2 level English It will be valued previous experience in the sector (capture, commercialization and advice on financial products, external investment funds, etc.) Capacity for negotiation, impact and influence, teamwork and results orientation.
