Your Tasks

• You will manage demanding private and institutional clients – individually, personally, and with a long-term perspective.
• You will build your own client portfolio and expand it strategically, standing by your clients as a long-term partner.
• You will move confidently in the network: you will establish valuable contacts with multipliers, decision-makers, and experts.
• You will represent our company at client events and events – authentically and convincingly.
• You will actively participate in the company-wide exchange of the Cinerius Group, e.g., on future topics such as sustainability, digitalization, or sales strategies.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Several years of experience in managing (and ideally acquiring) wealthy private clients
• Training or study in the financial sector (e.g., banking training, economics degree) – certifications such as CFP, foundation manager, etc. are a plus
• Networking skills, negotiation skills, and a confident sense of people
• Entrepreneurial thinking, performance orientation, and a high standard of quality
• A passion for clients and a clear eye for sustainable relationships
