You will be responsible for managing clients in the Wealth Management segment, to achieve the objectives related to profits, market share, revenues, costs, service levels, and profitability, following the strategies defined for you by the Commercial Banking and Wealth Management Directions. In addition, you will ensure excellent quality service and customer satisfaction regarding all their requirements in terms of operations, as well as in the maintenance and after-sales services of the Wealth Management products.

What you will do:

• Ensure direct customer service in operations and services ensuring that the Wealth Banker dedicates all their time to commercial activity for the office.
• Increase the loyalty and permanence of the assigned client base of the Wealth Management Branch, permanently seeking to increase the relationship and potential business through the products and service levels offered by the Wealth Network and the Financial Group as a whole.
• Integrate and keep updated the Unique Client Files and Credit Files of all operations and relationships of the same with the Institution, as well as the corresponding Database.
• Ensure the mitigation of Operational Risk by complying with the activities related to the internal control of banking operations of the Office in accordance with the Regulations and Institutional Policies.
• Establish and coordinate the strategies of attention, promotion, and particular service with those defined for the Wealth Management Branch; considering its orientation to meet the Customer's needs, to respond with the Business Plan of the Branch and the fulfillment of the established goals.

• Concluded or in process Bachelor's Degree (Administrative Areas, Finance, Economics).
