Position Overview

As a Premier Client Banker within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based in Cascade, MI. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional experience to Mass Affluent clients by driving acquisition, retention, and cross‑sell opportunities while fostering a collaborative culture.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach, and retention to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Generate and manage leads and client appointments, leveraging needs‑based and consultative conversational skills.
  • Position bank products and services appropriately to grow share of wallet and attract new mass‑affluent households.
  • Build and maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition, and growth.
  • Manage risk and maximize profitability across the entire client portfolio.
  • Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and service.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and complete sales and relationship‑management administration tasks.
  • Execute team processes, including pre‑call planning, post‑call debriefs, and relationship reviews.
  • Serve as the quarterback for ecosystem partners, bringing in experts as needed for an exceptional client interaction.
  • Provide Financial Wellness guidance by suggesting tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Translate client insight and sales tools into actionable strategies, proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities.
  • Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to achieve business results.
  • Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a Center of Influence (COI).
  • Own the client relationship and hold the team accountable for deliverables.
  • Own client penetration goals with ecosystem partners.
  • Deliver the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition through partnership with a PNC Financial Advisor.
  • Ensure strong client commitment and advocacy by providing proactive, responsive service to meet client goals.
  • Differentiating the client experience through advanced relationship‑building and conversation skills.
Qualifications
  • Competencies:

    Banking Products, Business Acumen, Collaboration, Customer Experience Management, Customer Retention, Decision‑Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Products and Services, Relationship Management, Selling.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree (Required).
  • Experience:

    3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience, or a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
  • Certifications/Licenses:
    Preferred FINRA Series7,66 (or63 &65);
    Life and Health Insurance preferred.
  • Background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
