Supply Chain Finance COE Coordinator

We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Finance COE Coordinator in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Interlomas, Edo. Mex. This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The COE Manager for LATAM region will provide transactional support for a wide range of key finance requirements, from month-end closing through to key forecast and budgeting activities, innovation costing and reporting. Integral part of regional E2E Supply chain Finance with dotted line to Global COE finance, providing value-added analysis and business partnership. Process improvement & new processes champion.

Responsibilities:

  • Month End close responsibilities for multiple entities in LATAM.
  • Pre-close activities throughout the month, ensuring our cost accounts close on time and with accurate records.
  • CCI project validation across LATAM. Requires analysis and challenging the teams LATAM innovation costing, leading the team to ensure our innovations have accurate costing and guidance.
  • LATAM Forecasting process, the COE leader needs to run and review our LATAM forecast, analyze based on the information given by our plant controllers, procurement finance, etc.
  • LATAM business partner for commercial finance and innovations
  • LATAM SAP Quarterly Standard costing setting process owner – working with LATAM factory controllers and LATAM procurement Finance to ensure standards are loaded with accuracy
  • Process Improvement & new processes development support.
  • Best practices trainer for the team.

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelors' Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in finance, costing & business partnership, preferably within Supply Chain or Forecasting Analytics.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • ERP experience, SAP preferred.
  • TM1 / Hyperion experience desired.
  • Strong analytical skills and capabilities.
  • Detail oriented and process improvement skills.
  • Demonstrated team orientation with strong customer service focus required.
  • Accuracy in Data management and insights.
  • Effective and Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-management of own workload – capability to plan work and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Self-starter and proactive in initiating action steps.
  • Fluent communication in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
