As the Controller in this dynamic company, you will play an integral part in driving financial success through:

• Budgeting and forecasting to help leadership plan for the future.
• Tax compliance mastery, ensuring payroll, sales, and use taxes across IA, NE, and IL are filed properly and efficiently, eliminating unnecessary penalties.
• Big-picture thinking, stepping in where needed (AP/AR, process improvements, etc.) and finding solutions to challenges like over payments, credit card management, and key software updates.

This role goes far beyond numbers—you'll have the chance to partner with leaders like the plant manager to better understand operations and drive improvements.
