Nestlé USA invites undergraduates and graduates to join its 3½‑year Finance Management Trainee Program, gaining hands-on experience in finance and accounting. You will rotate through manufacturing finance and other functions, building skills for future leadership roles within Nestlé USA.
Education options include a BA/BS in accounting or finance, and a 5th year master’s track. Starts Feb 2027 or Jun 2027; relocation may be required; visa sponsorship is not available.
