We’re seeking a passionate and motivated Esthetician to join our team at Realm Aesthetics in a part-time, on-site role. You’ll deliver customized facial treatments and create exceptional client experiences. The role includes recommending and selling products and ensuring every client feels valued and cared for.

• Perform personalized facial treatments, including dermaplaning, relaxing facials, Hydra Facial, chemical peels, and microneedling.
• Assess clients’ skin care needs and recommend tailored treatments and products.
• Deliver warm, outstanding customer service to build lasting client connections.
• Promote and sell high-quality skin care products with personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting treatment space in compliance with health standards.
• Stay updated on skin care trends and techniques to enhance services.
• Contribute to a friendly, professional team environment.

• Proficiency in performing dermaplaning, Hydra Facial, chemical peels, and microneedling.
• Strong customer service skills with a talent for personalizing client experiences.
• Sales ability to confidently recommend and sell products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Experience in a spa or similar setting is a plus but not required.
• Passion for aesthetics and commitment to ongoing learning.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, for part-time hours.
• Applicant must be motivated and honest.
