, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents and creating a warm, welcoming environment they’re proud to call home.

Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Includes every other weekend (EOW) rotation

As a Resident Assistant, you’ll provide daily care and companionship, helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and joy throughout their day.

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.)
• Support residents during meals, activities, and social interactions
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency call systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and coworkers
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and occasional transportation tasks

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals
• At least one year of experience in assisted living or a related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 18 years or older
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Healthcare, hospitality, or service background a plus!
