• Maintain accurate data in provider file data systems, including updates and demographic changes
• Apply complex guidelines in the review process of submitted requests for provider data
• Ensure data integrity by contacting external sources and verifying compliance with regulations
• Educate providers on obtaining and updating necessary identifiers
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested by management

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in Provider Data Management, Credentialing, Customer Services, or Claims
• Strong communication skills for interaction with providers and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing/computer skills
• Problem-solving abilities to handle data-related challenges

• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in provider data management or credentialing
• Familiarity with compliance regulations related to healthcare providers
