Prime Health Care Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Spirit Lake, Iowa. The therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses in Outpatient/Inpatient settings.

Location: Spirit Lake, Iowa (northern region near Minnesota border)
Start Date: 03/26/2026
Duration: 13 weeks

8-10 hour shifts, 4–5 days a week, 40 hours per week.

Shift: 8 hours, days.

Employment Type:

Travel.

• Manage patient treatment plans in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

• Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
• Active State License
• Supervisor Professional References
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen
• One year of recent experience in OP/IP settings is preferred
