Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator

That’s why we’re looking for an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator who doesn’t just know the regulations — but truly cares about the people those regulations protect.

This role is for someone who wants to be present, visible, and impactful. You’ll spend a significant part of your day alongside our production teams, building trust, identifying risks before they become incidents, and helping create a safer, healthier manufacturing environment across all Maintainer locations.

As our EHS Coordinator, you won’t be sitting behind a desk checking boxes. You’ll be:

• Leading meaningful safety and environmental training
• Partnering with employees and leaders to reduce risk and prevent injuries
• Driving continuous improvement in how we think about safety
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, Iowa DNR, and other regulations
• Serving as a trusted resource when it matters most

We’re looking for someone who:

• Understands manufacturing environments and OSHA standards
• Has the confidence to lead and the humility to listen
• Can communicate clearly with everyone from the shop floor to leadership
• Believes safety is built through relationships, education, and accountability
