Position: EVS Tech - Full Time - Second Shift
Location: Osage

About The Job

The EVS Tech performs cleaning tasks maintaining the sanitary integrity of patient rooms, patient service areas, clinic and hospital departments, and the general PHO campus environment. This person is heavily relied upon to disinfect the hospital and clinic. We are very proud of the cleanliness of our facility and it is crucial to maintain that high standard.

The Shift

2:30pm-11:00pm (2nd Shift)

Hours

40 hours a week, rotating every 6th weekend and holiday

Pay

$15.81, increases with experience. Plus $3.50 per hour for shift differential and $2.00 per hour for weekend differential.

Qualifications
  • Education:
    • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Must be able to plan and organize a workload, and be alert to safety hazards.
  • Special Skills & Aptitudes:
    • Must be able to follow instructions.
    • Able to recognize personal learning needs and follow appropriate channels to gain new knowledge.
    • Able to work flexible hours.
    • Able to perform repetitious duties and work with frequent interruptions.
Who We Are

Mitchell County Regional Health Center is in Osage, Iowa located in Mitchell County, which has a population of 10,600 people. MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.
