Position: Supervising Licensed Clinical Psychologist - New York City, New York
Location: Brooklyn

We are seeking Supervising Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join our team in New York City
.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, supervise, and coach a team of 15–20 licensed therapists.
  • Provide clinical oversight by reviewing treatment plans, documentation, and progress notes.
  • Monitor performance through client outcomes, feedback, retention data, and quality audits.
  • Offer clinical and ethical consultation and serve as a trusted resource for therapist questions.
  • Foster a supportive, collaborative culture aligned with Thriving Center’s values and mission.
  • Act as liaison between therapists and leadership, ensuring effective communication and team cohesion.
  • Maintain a small caseload of 10–15 clients, providing high-quality therapy services.
Requirements
  • Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.
  • Active New York State licensure as a Psychologist.
  • Minimum of 10 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • 4 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and culturally competent care.
  • Must be proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, etc)
