Behavior Technician; RBT or BT

Horizon Blue ABA exists to make high-quality care accessible to Medicaid families across New York City. Whether you've worked with kids before or this is where your journey begins, we want to meet you where you are.

BTs and RBTs are the heart of this work. You're the one building trust, showing up consistently, and helping children grow in ways that matter. Our BCBAs are hands‑on, engaged, and genuinely invested in teaching you how to be great at this job. You won't be left to figure it out alone. You'll have people in your corner who want to see you succeed because when you do, kids do.

We work in homes across New York City, and we'll help you find placements that fit your life. If you care about kids and want to do work that means something, we'll help you build the skills to do it well as well as support you in building a career in ABA.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Multiple openings across all five boroughs

$20 - $26 an hour
