PRN (on-call) Driver – Skilled Nursing

As a driver you will assist our residents in receiving the specialized care they need. Your work will ensure that residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by transporting them to and from appointments outside of the facility, to and from activities and functions, and by maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe environment in the facility vehicle.

Residents depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, an unencumbered driver’s license or other motor vehicle operator license as required by the State of Iowa, and a Class D Chauffeur License or a Class C Commercial License. Prior driver experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferable.
