- Engage in meaningful work that contributes to workplace safety and health compliance
- Plan and conduct occupational safety and health audits across U.S. operations
- Assess compliance with OSHA standards and related safety systems
- Prepare clear and objective audit reports for business partners and leadership
- Collaborate with audit program managers and safety and health SMEs to enhance audit protocols
- Evaluate documentation and perform on-site verification to assess compliance and risks
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related safety and health discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or safety and health auditing experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulatory requirements and safety management system elements
- Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional or global teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point
- 7+ years of safety and health or industrial hygiene experience
- Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third-party)
- CSP, CIH, or other relevant safety and health certifications
- Experience analyzing large data sets, including the use of pivot tables or similar tools
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or other safety and health auditing certifications
