Food and Nutrition AssociateShift: 5 am to 1:30 pm
Position Summary- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Food Service Assistant performs designated work and cleaning routines for the Food & Nutritional Services Department and is accountable to the Dietitian. In the absence of the Dietitian, the assistant is accountable to the Cook.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous nutritional or institutional food service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read, understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments.
- Must complete a Sanitation Safety Course within 30 days of employment.
