ABI Resources helps people recovering from brain injury, stroke, and TBI live and recover provide Connecticut community care and home‑based supported living services.
Responsibilities- Support clients with all aspects of home and community life.
- Ensure consistent safety.
- Provide a healthy and professional friendship.
- Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
- Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments.
- Shop, cook, and clean with the client.
- Organize consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment.
- Drug screening required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; proof of insurance.
- Preferred: 1 year experience working with disabilities (not required).
- Presentation of a letter from a person and/or employer verifying experience.
