What Clinical Operations does at WorldwideClinical Operations brings significant contributions to global trials across cardiovascular, metabolic, neuroscience, oncology, and rare diseases. Our team supports site management, regulatory submissions, TMF management, and provides in‑house C.R.A.s for projects with heavy site needs.
What you will do- Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide's clinical research projects.
- Involved in all study stages, including site selection, start‑up activities, regulatory documentation, contract and budget negotiation, site training, safety event reporting, site maintenance, and study close‑out.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety event reporting, and all applicable regulatory requirements, primarily through remote site management.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- 4‑year university degree or Nursing degree.
- Experience in CNS/Neurology or Rare Disease is required.
- Candidates must reside on the West Coast.
- Willingness to travel regionally is required.
The salary range for this position is annually:
United States of America - $97,000.00 - $.
Compensation is based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. Additional benefits include a competitive benefits package depending on location and travel reimbursement as required.
